The San Diego Senior Games Association (SDSGA) encourages lifelong fitness for the 50+ population. SDSGA offers a series of competitive and recreational events, luncheons, educational seminars, intergenerational projects and partnerships to help increase activity in the 50+ population.

Our biggest event of the year, the San Diego Senior Olympics takes place annually in September. SDSGA is a local affiliate of the California State Games Association (CSGA) and the National Senior Games Association (NSGA).

SDSGA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. To further our mission while keeping our events affordable, we rely on grants, business and community partnerships and personal donations.
