Dori O’Rourke is CEO and Co-Founder of SPORTS after 50 – a national, San Diego based, woman-owned organization that inspires and empowers 50+ men and women to MOVE and PLAY for LIFE.
She’s also a certified 50+ Movement Restoration Specialist. As Dori says, “You can’t play sports for life if you can’t move!”
In addition, she’s a 30+ year LPGA Golf Professional and a lifelong athlete who has played in the San Diego Senior Games women’s basketball tournament for 8 straight years.
Dori has a degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports Medicine and has researched and tested many different methods and techniques for restoring movement, learning from some of the best minds in the business.
Ultimately, this led her to specialize in helping 50+ men and women regain their freedom of movement.
