Healthy Bones as You Age!
We all know that as we reach a certain age, things like osteoporosis, arthritis in joints, decreased balance are some things we become concerned about – and for a good reason. We like to live active lives, often through sports. These ailments can impair our performances.
The great news is that we don’t have to blame “old age,” says Dr. Ryan Hummel, MD.
“There is a plethora of natural modalities such as diet, postural exercises, osteogenic loading that can slow down or sometimes reverse these conditions.” Dr. Hummel’s focus is teaching older adults how to maximize your functionality and athleticism through increasing bone density through exercise.
