The Grandparent-Grandchild Relay involves a grandchild running 50m and the grandparent running 50m.
- No use of batons. They clap hands for the other runner to go.
- Heats will be used to ensure all get a chance to compete.
- The grandchildren will receive a medal.
- It is FREE and there is no cost to enter the event.
- Sign-ups will be done prior to the event, during the meet.
- No age or gender distinctions.
- All will run.
